Sadiq started her research career by working in NDSU associate professor of electrical and computer engineering Danling Wang's lab.

Subzero temperatures, wind, and blowing snow came on the morning we were to meet for men’s Bible study. I got a call before 6 a.m. from one of the men who was on the way to town. He stopped and had to turn back home with no visibility on the road.
