Theodore (Ted) Passa, 96, of Drayton, North Dakota passed away at his home on Saturday, July 2, 2022. Theodore Sylvester Passa was born in Walsh County near Drayton on January 10,1926, the son of Frank and Mary (Narlock) Passa. Ted grew up on the family farm and attended country school.
