Nominations for three $5,000 awards are now open through Sunday, March 31 FARGO, ND - Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) Caring Foundation is taking nominations for its Community Champion Awards program. These awards recognize high-impact community partners working to improve health equity, fill gaps in health care and ensure health care access in their communities.

The annual Mind Matters Conference will be held on March 21-22 in Fargo. This two-day conference highlights new research, trends, practice strategies, and collaborative models of care. Speakers will present innovative approaches and new systems of care for individuals living with brain injury. The conference brings together a multidisciplinary audience of survivors, family members, caregivers, and providers to discuss diverse topics and support for individuals after obtaining a brain injury.

This past Sunday the Worship Committee held their annual volunteer appreciation for all those who volunteer their time to make sure that the worship service goes off without a hitch each week. Root Beer Floats were served along with a lot of visiting.

Supper with Clarice On Thursday Merv and Phyllis Holter went with John and Janell Nyegaard to see the next episode of ‘The Chosen’ at the theater in East Grand Forks. The next day Saralee Hoselton had dinner at Sugar Bowl Senior Citizens Center and stayed for an afternoon of cards and socializing.
