Dear Editor, As “the walker” I am by definition a pedestrian. As an adjective, being a pedestrian person isn’t necessarily a good thing—dull, boring, predictable. Not how I want to think of myself. Remember, “the pedestrian has the right of way.

Judy’s news Judy Stellon went to Rochester Dec. 13 to be with her father, Don Baldock, who was in the hospital. She returned to Drayton on Dec. 20. Dan and Jessie Mapel hosted the family Christmas celebration Dec. 23.

Last week I wrote to you after watching the sunrise on Christmas day from Phillip’s parent’s house in Livingston, Tennessee. I had spent my first week and Christmas Eve at my family’s house in Kingsport. On Christmas morning we headed over to Livingston to celebrate with Phil’s folks.
