On Monday Saralee Hoselton and Phyllis Holter were among those eating lunch at the Sugar Bowl Senior Citizen’s Center. Saralee stayed for an afternoon of socializing. On the following day Lynette Restemayer of Cavalier picked up Saralee Hoselton and took her to supper at Hastings Landing.

May 30, 2022 — A “peculiar accident” was reported by the Fargo Forum on this day in 1902 that involved one fortunate little boy and one speeding passenger train. The incident occurred two days before near Glasgow, Montana, and concerned the Chamberlain family of Forest River, North Dakota.

Last week’s tragedy in Texas has started a new round of debates. There was again a huge tragedy in a school leaving many friends and family grieving the loss of loved ones. Every time that something like this happens it opens the debate about gun control.
