Walsh County jail understaffed, re-classified

Officials with Walsh County last week announced that the Jail at the Law Enforcement Center is understaffed and can currently hold prisoners no longer than eight hours at a time.According to local reports, the head Jailer as well as one other jail employee was fired on or around Oct. 18.
