Titan girls SNAP losing streak

By Mike Alan Steinfeldt The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg boys’ basketball team dropped a pair of games before Christmas break. The Titans fell to visiting Cavalier on Monday, Dec. 18, 68-55 and dropped a decision against Griggs-Midkota at Cooperstown on Thursday, Dec. 21, 56-39.

The Lady Titans were unable to overcome a slow start in their District 3 matchup with Park River-Fordville-Lankin (PR-F-L) last Friday in Park River. Led by Junior Maddison Bernhoft’s 8 points, the Aggies scored the first 6 points in the game and jumped out to an 18-11 lead after one quarter.
