I was cleaning out my refrigerator the other day. I felt bad when I found some shredded cheese riddled with mold. The bag of cheese was hiding in a drawer. I could have saved that cheese by putting it in the freezer. At times, I have sniffed milk before pouring some on my cereal.

On Feb. 19 Lynette Restemayer of Cavalier picked up Saralee Hoselton and took her to Grand Forks. Saralee took Lynette out for supper at the Ground Round. Then they spent the night at the apartment of John Restemayer.

Last Sunday, I heard a gentleman on television preach something that stuck with me: “Lead strong where you belong.” That statement has been coming back to my mind frequently since I heard it. It makes me wonder about whether or not I lead strong where I belong.

I’ve been watching white rolling hills pass by as Phil and I are in the truck headed north from Bismarck. Phil needed to attend some work meetings in person, as he does about once a month. Although we only needed to be in the city for a couple days, we decided to stay until the weekend.
