Measure 4 FactsMeasure 4 addresses the unfair property taxes in North Dakota. A yes vote allows the measure to pass, and upon passing, ends unfair property taxes in our state.Right off the bat, property taxes are essentially penalizing property owners (i.e. land and homeowners).

Tired, very very tired. For the last three hours I have been sitting in my recliner trying to recuperate from an afternoon of hard work. I spent a few hours moving things from our old yard to our new home in anticipation of doing some fall yard work before the coming winter arrives.
