The number of legislative meetings that occur before the legislative session every two years seems to keep increasing each biennium. With Covid-19 most of them are by TEAMS over the computer or by conference call. That seems to just make it easier for people to call a meeting. It certainly cuts down on travel, but I am sure the number of meetings is more than usual.
