Smoky conditions continue in North Dakota The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality is advising residents with respiratory conditions to limit outdoor activities. Smoke from ongoing Canadian wildfires continues to drift south and is creating unhealthy breathing conditions. Most recently, AQI indexes have areas west of Minot in the 150s.
