A 41-year-old Grafton man is facing AA felony charges for allegedly having sex with two teenage girls.
According to court records, Jose A .Hernandez, 41 of Grafton, allegedly sent several text messages of a sexual nature to a 14-year-old victim in, “a relentless attempt to obtain sexual intercourse with the victim in return for payment.”
