North Dakota Dem-NPL party will meet on Saturday, February 26th at 10 a.m. at Shenanigans restaurant in Grafton. The new Legislative District 19 welcomes voters from east Cavalier and Pembina County as they are incorporated into the preexisting Walsh County area.
