BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Human Services has received approval by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to amend its Medicaid 1915(i) state plan amendment to increase access to in-home and community-based behavioral health services for children and adults and build a more robust network of service providers.
