    The National Weather Service has released their initial flood forecasts for 2020 and early indicators say expect some moderate to major flooding all the way up and down the Red River Valley. Several factors lead to this forecast and they include; Base Streamflow, Soil Moisture at Freeze Up, Shallow Frost Depth, Above Normal Snowpack to the South, and Record High Precipitation. ...
