The Grafton City Council has determined that councilman Brian Sieben has not been a valid member of that body since November 2024.
On March 11 of this year, District Court Judge Lonnie W. Olson ordered that a public hearing be held on the matter. That was held during the regular monthly meeting of the council on Monday, April 13.
