I want to look at something in life that is an enemy of humanity and its happiness. That thing is divorce. The very first gift God gave Adam, the first man, was Eve. She became his wife – “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh” (Genesis 2:24). They were married by God Himself.
