PISEK—In just two short years, Rev. Jason Lefor, priest at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Pisek, has put together a bike race that attracts some of the top gravel bike riders in the world to the little hamlet of Pisek. “In Czech, Pisek means gravel or sand, and we have some of the best gravel in the world,” Lefor said. “All the races are run on gravel with the exception of the ice-cream…
