Neche resident guilty of a Class B felony

In late October, 42 year old Neche resident Brandon Clifford Eppler pled guilty to the Class B felony of attempted theft and deception of an amount over $50,000.00. Eppler had attempted to pull $100,000.00 from a bank account under his father’s name, and tried to impersonate his father over the phone when speaking to bank personnel.
