Four Bombers receive post-season honors

The North Dakota 6-man Football Champion Drayton Bombers had several players receive honors following the 2025 campaign.According to head coach Nathan Foster, four players were named All-Region.

Three Titans named to All-District 3 Volleyball Team

At the conclusion of the 2025 District 3 Volleyball Tournament, three members of the Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans were named All-District 3. They are Elizabeth Fedje, Brooke Gullickson and Alyssa Hoyles. All three are seniors and have been an integral part of the Titans' success this year.

Titans survive first round run-in with Mustangs

After finishing the regular season strong, the Drayton-Valley-Edinburg (D-V-E) Titans opened the District 3 tournament against the Number 6 seed Midway-Minto, a team they swept 3-0 during the regular season. The Titans managed a 2518 win in the first set.

On Oct. 31, five students from Drayton participated in the Junior High Academic Olympics hosted in Grafton. They were challenged by a variety of questions from science, social studies, math, English, and current events.Although they did not place, they performed well and had a great day!

Titans upset Griggs-Midkota in the second round

After getting past the Midway-Minto Mustangs in the first round of the District 3 tournament, the Drayton-Valley-Edinburg (D-V-E) Titans had an upset on their mind, entering their semi-final match with the number two-seeded Griggs-Midkota Titans on Halloween night in Northwood.

STATE CHAMPIONS

Before Saturday’s 6-man state championship game, Drayton coach Nathan Foster predicted that if his defense could hold the Trenton Tigers to three touchdowns, the Bombers would win the game.

Bombers open playoffs with a WIN

The Drayton Bombers had a rematch with New Town in the first round of the 6-man Independent Football League playoffs Saturday in Drayton. Drayton defeated New Town 67-25 on Sept. 6, but Saturday’s contest was a bit closer between the 7-1 Bombers and the 6-2 Eagles.

Titans topple Eagles in Crystal

After a loss to Griggs-Midkota on Oct. 7, the Drayton-Valley-Edinburg (D-V-E) Titans bounced back with a 3-2 victory over a determined North Border Eagle team on Oct. 13 in Crystal.The Titans dropped the first and third sets, but managed win the final two to pull out the hard fought win.

Trenton wins battle of unbeaten teams

Both the Trenton Tigers and Drayton Bombers ripped through their competition during the regular season, setting the stage for a battle of unbeaten teams on the final day of Independent 6-man football action.

Titans take down Mustangs

The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans moved about the .500 mark on the season with a big win against District 2 opponent Midway-Minto on Oct. 14.One night after defeating North Border in a 3-2 marathon in Crystal, the Titans swept the Mustangs 3-0 on their home court in Minto.
