The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans boys’ basketball team snapped a twogame losing streak with a 68-34 win over Hatton-Northwood last Thursday in Drayton. Led by Everett Fedje and Connor Hurtt with six points each, the Titans set the tone early by jumping out to a 23-8 lead after the first quarter.

D-V-E girls get big win over Cavalier

The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg girls’ basketball team needed a win over Cavalier Feb. 6, to advance to the District 3 Tournament in Park River. According to coach Dan Biggers, the Lady Titans, put together a total team effort and it translated into a 60-43 win over the tornadoes in Edinburg.

The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans girls’ basketball team wrapped up the regular season last week with two hard fought battles. The Lady Titans fell to North Prairie 63-54 last Monday in Edinburg and dropped their final game of the season 57-34 to North Star in Starkweather on Friday, Feb. 2.
