This week in Drayton was the end of the season for the boys’ varsity basketball team. This year is the first year of the new class system. Now that North Dakota has three classes in varsity basketball, Class B had its first district in years.

This week in Drayton, the boys are finishing up basketball season and going into district games. On Friday, Feb. 23, the Titan boys played in Langdon. The Drayton-Valley Edinburg boys’ basketball lost their first game in district games against the North Stars.

Titans wrap up season in Langdon

The 2023-2024 basketball season came to an end for the Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans at the District 3 Boys’ Basketball Tournament in Langdon. The North Border Eagles dominated the second half in the loser out round game and won, 65-50, to bump the Titans from the tournament.

Titans boys’ basketball team splits pair of games

With the 2023-2024 regular season winding down, the Drayton-Valley- Edinburg Titans split a pair of games in the past week. The Titans fell to Region 2 opponent Warwick, 80-65 in Crystal on Thursday, Feb. 15 and came back to defeat District 3 opponent St.
