Titans fall to Benson County

The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans traveled to Leeds on Monday, Oct. 18 to take on the Benson County Wildcats from Region 4.The Titans struggled on the road and were swept 3-0.D-V-E managed only 13 points each in the first two sets, falling 25-13, 2513.

Patriots stop Titans’ region win streak

The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans girls’ volleyball team has been experiencing their best season in quite some time, winning the most matches in recent history.Heading into last week’s match-up with MayPort-CG, D-V-E had won three consecutive Region 2 contests.

Bombers advance to championship

The Drayton Bombers advanced to the championship game in 6-man Independent league football with a 59-29 victory over Center Stanton on Saturday.Drayton scored six of the first seven touchdowns in the game to put things out of reach early.

Drayton dominates White Shield

The Drayton Bombers improved their record to 6-1 with a 55-13 win over White Shield on Friday, Oct. 4.The Bombers opened the scoring in the first quarter on a 16-yard scoring strike from Quinn Passa to Trenton Keena. Drayton made good on the two-point conversion to make the score 8-0.

Titans win third consecutive match

The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans won their third consecutive Region 2 match with a 3-0 sweep over the Tornadoes October 3, in Cavalier.The Titans won relatively easily in the first set, 25-14 but had to battle for hard fought wins in the next two sets, 25-23 and 25-22, to complete the sweep.

Titans sweep Mustangs

The Drayton-Valley-Edinburg (D-V-E) Titans picked up a big win on the road on Tuesday, Oct. 1 with a sweep of Region 2 opponent Midway-Minto at Midway High School.
