The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a rollover accident in Walsh County claimed the life of a 23-year Grand Forks Woman on Thursday, March 2.
The North Dakota Patrol says Makenzie Kramchuck was a passenger in a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by 23-year old Dominic Billmeier of Chatfield, Minnesota.
