We ended last week quoting Jesus’ John 15:18 prophetic warning that “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you”. For most of history God, God’s chosen people (Israel), and now Christianity have been opposed, oppressed, and singled out for eradication. Today I want to note four areas of opposition that were present in Bible days and is still present today.
