A 31-year-old Grafton man is in custody, charged with a+ Class AA felony of continuous sexual abuse of a minor in Walsh County.
Roger Lee Robinson, Jr., was arrested on July 2nd after the 12-year-old victim in the case told investigators that she was touched in a sexual manner several times by the defendant between March 2026 and June 2026.
