A Grafton investment broker, 43-year old Matthew Clapp, pleaded guilty to menacing in Northeast District Court on Monday, Aug. 5 in Grafton.
The plea by Clapp was part of plea agreement accepted by Judge Barbara Whelan.
Clapp was originally facing a Class C felony robbery charge and two counts of disorderly conduct after an incident at a Forest River Bar early on the morning of Sunday, July 14.
