The afternoon of March 23 was my first walk of the spring on the Drayton Golf Course. It was a pleasant day with no wind and the temperature hanging in the mid-twenties. The only sign of moisture was the ice in low ditches and a few other low areas. It was nice to walk this early in the season on grass without the snow.
