Titans volleyball experiencing some ups and downs

The 2026 Volleyball season is underway for the Drayton-Valley-Edinburg Titans.After graduating several players from last years squad including the teams top hitter and setter, the Titans are relatively inexperienced with five seniors, five juniors and three sophomores.

The Drayton Bomber’s 6-man football team cruised to their second win of the season with a 55-0 shutout of White Shield Saturday in Drayton.“It was a good game, and we were really able to air the ball out,” Drayton Coach Nathan Foster said.

Titans open season at Northern Cass Invitational

The Drayton/Valley-Edinburg Titans hit the court for the first time this season Saturday, Aug. 29, competing in six matches at the Northern Cass Invitational. The Titans went 2-4 on the day, picking up a 2-0 win over North Border and battling to a 2-1 victory over Kidder County.

The defending Independent 6-man State Champion Drayton Bombers football team opened up the 2026 campaign with a blow-out, 86-0 win over an outmatched Warwick team Thursday, Aug. 20, in Devils Lake.
