The November 7 and 14, 1913, “Cavalier Chronicles” carried a story headlined “HISTORICAL EVENT IN OLD PEMBINA COUNTY.” At 1:30 p.m. Friday, November 4, 1913, the new Pembina County Court House and Jail were dedicated. The issue of the 7th had descriptions and pictures of the buildings.

Well, we’re back! Doesn’t seem as if we went any where, well we didn’t but I am sure some of you did, Oklahoma. Our Christmas was great with family home, altho, there were some missing. At the Gorge Gallery things are back to normal, whatever normal is.

Department of Human Services names Strebe Chief Administrative Officer

BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Human Services has selected Arnie Strebe as its Chief Administrative Officer. Strebe will also serve as the department’s Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for leading agency-wide efforts related to administrative functions.

December 23rd Mike and Judy Stellon celebrated an early Christmas by entertaining Landon Mapel, Ross and Crystal Mapel, Christian Larson, Dan and Jessica Mapel, Taylor and Austin Hermanson. Brooks and Tarri Stellon Domenic and Amelia. The kids spent the afternoon snowcatting and sledding.
