Winding down...

Winter high school sports are winding down. Monday of this week marked the last game for the Girls Basketball team as they finished out their season with a disappointing loss in their quarter final game in the regional tournament to the Grafton Spoilers.

I cannot help but think that there has to be a better way.

It was nice to be back, even if it was only for a short visit, it was still nice to at least drop in and see how the place was holding up.

It should go without saying that democratic governments are created to serve the common good. But humans are fallen beings with wide streaks of self-interests. So when they get into the government, they have a tendency to subvert the common good to personal benefit.

Titans Wrap Up Regular Season

On Monday evening the Titans travelled to Thompson for their final regular season contest of the season. The Tommies handed the girls a 64-22 loss. Kasey Stegman led the Titans effort with 15 points, Ella Kittelson had 3, Madison Hermanson and Kiara Aasand added 2 each.
