Monday afternoon, I was leaving the Langdon office. I knew I hadn’t had lunch, and I knew I wanted a snack for the ride home, and I needed to figure out an idea for dinner. I fully believe the worst part of being an adult is having to decide what to fix for dinner each night.

It has come to my realization, that we are far too “plugged in” at my house. As a parent, I have avoided things like an iPad for entertainment in a restaurant, or YouTube playing on a screen in my car to keep the kids quiet.When I had little kids, that control over digital content was easy.
