Pembina County correctional officer arrested for DUI Court records have been released in regards to a DUI arrest of a Pembina County xorrectional officer early Sunday morning, Aug. 13. Peyton Robert Jerome, 26, was pulled over before 5 a.m. in Pembina County and failed field sobriety tests. Jerome is expected to make his first court appearance on August 28.
