Flood season in full swing flood waters heading north

The flood season is in full swing in the Red River Valley. The National Weather Service has issued flood warnings this week for a wide swath of the region including Pembina, Walsh, and Grand Forks Counties in North Dakota, and Kittson, Marshall, and Polk Counties in Minnesota.
