The initial court appearance for a Grand Forks man accused of assaulting a Grafton police officer was Monday, April 10 in Northeast District Court in Grafton.
According to the criminal complaint, Dason Waldner, 24, of Grand Forks was found passed out in a car behind the Grafton Car Spa on Saturday, April 1 around 2 p.m.
