I am a fan of sugar cookies, crispy, soft or rolled out. Here are a couple of my favorites.
1 cup soft butter
1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
