Pumpkin Bars 4 eggs 1 2/3 cups sugar 1 2/3 cups sugar 1 cup canola oil 2 cups pumpkin 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon salt Mix well, pour into a greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
