Drayton student signs his intent to play for the Lake Region State College Royals

Thursday afternoon of last week Gage Pollestad of Drayton signed his intent letter to play basketball for the Lake Region State College Royals. Gage is the son of Lindsay Pollestad, older brother to Mason Pollestad, and grandson to Greg and Margaret Pollestad all of Drayton.

Hero Kitty Saves Family - Perishes in Crystal House Fire

A little kitten received Christmas Eve is credited with saving the lives of four people in an early morning Crystal house fire January 20th. The kitten, named Sage, awoke 10-year old Kassidee around 5:30 a.m. by pawing and scratching at her face.
