I like the early church way of calling the saints ‘brethren’. It is an endearing term. It also best highlights the fact that believers are in the family of God. The word brethren is found 192 times in the New Testament (NKJV). Other translations of the Bible refer to brothers.

The top outdoors priority changes with the seasons but this word carries over no matter the day, month and time of year. Safety. Summertime in and on the water. Winter ice safety and cold weather. Fall hunting and gun safety.

A check with Cavalier County found that they do now have a counselor in the school system there. A total of 35 counties do not meet the American School Counselor Association recommended ratio of one counselor to 250 students.

For the week ending September 29, 2024, there were 6.6 days suitable for fieldwork, according to the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service. Topsoil moisture supplies rated 6% very short, 27% short, 60% adequate, and 7% surplus.
