State School Superintendent Kirsten Baesler has urged North Dakotans to apply for two pending openings on the Board of Higher Education, which is the policymaking and advocacy board for the state’s 11 public colleges and universities.

Park River schools to combine Pre-K and daycare in new building

Construction has been underway for nearly a month on the new, 2.5 million dollar Pre-K early learning center and daycare adjacent to the Park River Area School complex in Park River.Superintendent Aaron Schramm said he was approached about three years ago about the idea by some district members.
