Drayton man pleads guilty to drug charges

Twenty-one-year-old Ian Richard Passa of Drayton recently pleaded guilty in Northeast District Court in Pembina County to a pair of drug charges. Passa was arrested in March and charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors.
