New York man charged with crimes in Walhalla

By Nick Vorlage A bond hearing was held on Friday in Pembina County for a man from the state of New York. Robert Michael Noyer Jr., 30, is presently accused of two felonies, a Class C felony of corruption or solicitation of a minor and a Class B felony of luring minors by computer.

The North Dakota Game and Fish Department tracked 20 outdoorsrelated bills during the 2025 legislative session, 14 passed both chambers and were signed into law. The following bills take effect Aug. 1. A complete list of bills is on the Game and Fish website, gf.nd.gov.

Recent rain showers across North Dakota have caused some planting delays. As soil conditions in fields begin to dry out and improve, more farm equipment will be sharing the road to access fields and begin spring planting.
