Most of us are familiar with the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000.For reference, you can find it in your Bibles in Matthew 14:13-21, Mark 6:30-44, Luke 9:10-17, and John 6:1-14. In this story, we witness Jesus transforming a scarcity mindset into one of abundance.

Operation Dry Water

The North Dakota Game and Fish Department will participate in Operation Dry Water as part of a nationally coordinated effort to increase knowledge about the dangers of boating under the influence.

Pembina State Museum to host ‘Make Your Own Bead Buddies’

The public is invited to “Make Your Own Bead Buddies” at the Pembina State Museum on Saturday, July 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Create a beadwork animal or flower key chain with pony beads while learning about traditional beadwork art and the fur trade.

St. Thomas man arrested by FBI

A St. Thomas man made his initial appearance in federal court on June 17 after allegedly threatening a member of the US Attorney’s Office for the District of North Dakota.Charles Dalzell, 46, was apprehended by FBI agents on Monday, June 16.

Session two at the International Music Camp

Concert Band, Drumline, Drama, and Creative WritingSession two at the International Music Camp begins June 22 and has four different programs for students to expand their musical and artistic talents. Concert Band, Drumline, Drama, and Creative Writing are all offered during the week-long session.

‘Gingras Days’ events planned in Walhalla

The public is invited to celebrate “Gingras Days” July 5 and 6 at state historic sites near Walhalla. The event is free, and all ages are welcome.The Gingras Trading Post State Historic Site, located just 1.5 miles northeast of Walhalla, features the historic Gingras home and trading post.
