A Grafton man was arrested on Thursday, June 30 and faces charges for Vandalism at the Federated Church in Grafton.21-year old Caspen Blue Blackcloud is charged with Class B felony Criminal Mischeif-Willful-Damage-Intentional more than $10,000.
