    It was a foggy Sunday morning on Dec. 29, 2024, when lay Pastor Jon Dryburgh made his last trip from Hillsboro, N.D., to lead his final service for Drayton Lutheran Parish at Skjeberg Lutheran Church, rural Drayton.
