Co-champion angler is cancer survivor
New champions were crowned this year at Drayton’s Catfish Capital challenge.
May Thompson of East Grand Forks and Jayson Ackerson of West Fargo won the $10,000 first prize in the tournament which was held Friday and Saturday, Aug. 14-15.
Their two day weigh-ins of eight channel catfish totaled 76.68 lbs.
