The 2021 Pembina County 4-H Project Expo was held Friday, March 12 in Cavalier. There were 16 projects on display, representing the different interests of Pembina County 4-Hers.
In this event, 4-H members set up an educational display to “tell a story” about a 4-H project they are enrolled in, and then are questioned by judges on their knowledge of the subject. Pembina County 4-H’ers …
