Each night at the conclusion of the play “The Parables of Jesus” held in the Drayton school, several people, young and old, walked to the front of the auditorium in response to the invitation to give their lives to Jesus, to turn around, leaving their sins and follow Jesus.

With the advent of cold weather the past couple of weeks, the thought of enjoying the warm weather and stretching fall out as far as possible has passed. For many folks who live in the northern tier of the United States, it signals a special time of year.

I hope all of our readers had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with joy, love, and yummy food. You might even be having some leftover sweet potato casserole for breakfast right now or enjoying a turkey sandwich for lunch. Is a Thanksgiving meal even successful without the leftovers?
