This week, March 2-5, marks the 60th anniversary of the big snowstorm that hit North Dakota, Northern Minnesota and Southern Manitoba in 1966.In March of 1966, I was just a wee bit of a lad of four years old and in a small rented farmhouse in Southern Minnesota.
