How about a quick to put together soup recipe and crumb cake to finish off the meal.
Quick Chicken Taco Soup
2 5 ounce cans of white chicken
1 can of black beans
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can of mild enchilada sauce
1 can mild diced tomatoes with green chilies
